Born in Milan in 1965, with a degree in Business Administration, he began his professional career in marketing & international commerce. In this area he began a long, 12-year collaboration with Firmenich S.A., one of the leading world producers of perfumes and aromas, ending his position in Geneva in the role of Global Director (responsible for international coordination of Household & Haircair projects for Unilever).
Since 2006 he has seized the opportunities offered by the Geneva financial marketplace, at first starting an entrepreneurial activity, culminating in 2010 in the creation of ALTITUDE FIDUCIARY ADVISORS SA (of which he is one of the founding members), a financial boutique specialized in multi-family office activities, accounting and auditing.

She has origins in the Basilicata region of Italy, a degree in Business Admission and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) completed in Geneva in 2003. She has had various professional experiences, at first in the area of research at the United Nations, in UNIDO in Milan and ILO in Geneva.
In 2001 she began working at the Geneva branch of Motorola in the finance area of the semiconductors division. From 2004 to 2007 she worked at Alcoa where she took on several positions in strategic marketing, communication and key account management. Until December 2010 she worked for Sapa Profiles SA as manager of Customer Value Management. She is currently Membership VP at OWIT Lake Geneva.

Luisa is an Executive Coach and Learning Consultant, with particular focus on career change and career management. In addition, she currently collaborates with the Department of Economics at UniDistance.

Barbara works for Procter & Gamble as a Financial Analyst. She has experience in the organization of events at P&G and with other associations.

Sarah Balgera: marketing area

Sarah works for Hewlett Packard as EMEA Segment Marketing Manager. She has several years of experience in marketing and, in recent years, has focused in particular on digital marketing.

Michele Caracciolo di Brienza: communication area

Michele currently works for MSC Crociere as Corporate Editor of the press office. He also collaborates with La Stampa di Torino and Il Giornale.

Cesare Cerrito: Treasurer
Cesare is CFO for Swiss Development Group (Luxury Real Estate, Lifestyle and Media)
