Economy's pros? Women

The Economist says that female labor's growth has outpaced that of China. The world economy will grow only by changing the relations between men and women.

How? Making men and women interchangeable in the family, in accompanying their children to school as well as in housekeeping. 

David Thorne, U.S. ambassador in Italy, strongly believes in this. And also Paola Dubini, Associate Professor of Business Administration and coordinator of the Pob, Bocconi University Equal Opportunities Committee, together with the U.S. Embassy, has promoted and organized a meeting between Thorne and students on the topic Women and the economy.
