Event by invitation only. The importance Recruitment & Sustainability in our Digital world. Moderated by Dino Ruta, in co-operation with BAA Topic HR & Organization. In English.
Social Networking has become an un-missable link and key cornerstone in corporate HR strategy, the communicative impact of employer branding to employees as well as candidates & opinion leaders, giving real content, credibility that can be verified in an instant through a myriad of individual contacts, whilst the growing demands and expectations of individuals towards corporations has been sharply increased in our newly formed Digital world.
Accept to play by these rules and you will be part of a group of ‘enlightened’ companies with a sustainable employer brand, built on employee testimony for true credibility, where talented individuals share ambitions, vision and jointly accelerate to build future successes.
Not accepting may lead you to end up bottom of the pile in your search for talent, no longer being a winner in staff retention and seeing your competitive advantage reduced to the list of also-rans.
And of course “3.0” is need to be more ambitious, to go beyond the technology development of universal connectivity, speed of access and rich data mining to ensure a holistic approach in Human Resources.
