The AUB Observatory on Italian family businesses - AIdAF promoted by the Italian Association of Family Businesses, UniCredit Private Banking and Corporate Banking, the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and the AIdAF-Alberto Falck Family Business Strategy at Bocconi University - has the relationship between ownership structures, models of leadership and performance of family businesses, some confirming evidence emerged in previous editions, and suggesting some new analysis on the role of family businesses through the crisis, opening the outside of the models of leadership and governance, on youth as the driving force for the recovery and the role of women.
The presentation of the 3 rd edition of AUB also provides an opportunity to welcome to the Chamber of Commerce of Milan as a new sponsor-partners of the project.
